How to Change an appointment

Unfortunatly we’re unable to change the date/time or patient details on an order and/or booking. In order to change these details you must first cancel your existing order or booking, then place another with the new correct details.

Details on cancellations and refunds can be found below.

How to Cancel

To cancel a booking – please do so on the BOOKINGS page.
This includes any time you selected and time and/or date for a collection / visit to one of our centres.

To cancel an order – please do so on the ORDERS page.
This included products and or services which did not require a specific booking being made (e.g. a Postal Test)

Please Note : If you do not see the word “Cancel” to the right of your booking status for your appointment, then this booking is not cancellable or is in the past. 


Refunds are processed within 72 hours of a booking being cancelled and payments are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days following this. You will recieve an email confirming your booking/appointment cancellation and another email when your refund has been processed.
