Dropoff Instructions

You’re now able to drop your sample at one of our dedicated dropbox sites across the North of England. This ensures that your sample reaches our lab the same day that you drop (when you do so by 06:30am).

Results will be returned by 12:00 noon the next day.

The process:

• Ensure you follow all instructions carefully when completing your swab.
• Add the date and time to your lab request form or online through our portal for Day 2 & 8 Tests
• Seal the biobag (do not include the lab request form inside the biobag).
• Place the lab request from and biobag in the grey returns envelope.
• Return your kit to one of our dropoff sites located across the North of England – listed below –  before 06:30am daily.
• Receive your results by 12:00 noon the next day.

PARKING NOTICE

Please note: Sites have ANPR parking cameras and free parking is limited to 10 minutes. Please ensure you do not stay longer than 10 minutes or you may receive a parking fine from the car park operators.
